Official Contest Rules

Eligibility: The Daniels Energy World Cup Knockout Bracket Challenge is open exclusively to current Daniels Energy heating oil and propane customers. Limit one entry per eligible customer unless otherwise specified by Daniels Energy.

Entry Deadline: Entries must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM (Noon) Eastern Time on Sunday, June 28, 2026. This deadline occurs after all 32 knockout-stage teams have been finalized and before the Round of 32 begins. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

How to Play: Participants must predict the winners of each knockout match, from the Round of 32 through the Final. A tiebreaker prediction may be required. Leaderboard rankings will be based on the official scoring system.

Prizes:

  • 1st Place: $250 Visa Gift Card
  • 2nd Place: $150 Visa Gift Card
  • 3rd Place: $100 Visa Gift Card

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is required to enter. Eligibility is limited to current Daniels Energy customers.

General Conditions: Daniels Energy reserves the right to verify eligibility, reject incomplete or duplicate entries, resolve scoring or tiebreaker issues, and make final decisions regarding prize awards. All decisions by Daniels Energy are final.
